Fallout 3: Point Lookout (PC)
"Best DLC IMO. Very good setting with palpable atmosphere (no pun intended), more than usual side quests and a whole new island to explore which is much different than so-familiar Capital Wasteland. Plus, new music and weapons."
Blimp - The Flying Adventures (IPHONE)
"Very polished game with stunning hand-drawn graphics, authentic music score, responsive and natural controls. Simple concept + great execution = wonderful game."
Zenonia (IPHONE)
"Best action rpg for an iPhone to day. Exemplar implementation of D-pad and controls overall, smooth animations and gameplay. Lots of locations, quests, items and monsters. Good story. Nothing more to say."
Peggle (IPHONE)
"It's meant to be a mobile game. With excellent graphics, lots of levels, special powers, challenge mode and simple controls it destined to be one of the best iPhone game ever. Needless to say that it is a most addictive game for an iPhone so far?"
Fallout 3: Operation: Anchorage (PC)
"Quite short, but well-built addon. It will take you away from the radioactive Wasteland for a few hours into the snowy Anchorage to provide you with the exciting story, intense action and a new armor and weapons."
Braid (PC)
"Hand-drawn gfx, compelling soundtrack, challenging time puzzles, hints of familiarity here and there -- mixed, but doesn't shaken. Bright sparkle amongst recent releases as a whole, and in action puzzle category in particular."
Final Fantasy XII (PS2)
"Fran. Hottest female character ever. Period. This should be enough. As for game itself, well, it's Final Fantasy at its best. Now with real-time-like battles."
Tension (PC)
"A survival adventure game, in which you have to stay alive in the hostile world of Void and to get out from it as quick as possible. The choice is either to support life in its horrifying Hunters or its mournful girls or strip them of it."
Aquaria (PC-MAC)
"A massive ocean world, teeming with life and filled with ancient secrets. Join Naija, a lone underwater dweller in search of her family, as she explores the depths of Aquaria."
Okami (PS2)
"There's so much in Ōkami that isn't common… Huge world, many varying tasks, one big quest. Epic tale with lots of charismatic characters, shown in stylish graphics. Unique gameplay in combat, puzzle-solving and mini-games."
Fallout 3: Broken Steel (PC)
"Straightforward, as every previous add-on, but a little bit more vast and original. Plus, now you can continue to play the game after the end of main storyline. And as a bonus - a fly on vertibird!"
Return to Mysterious Island (IPHONE)
"Poor port of a good adventure game. Aside from the overbugged release, this port looks and plays really nice. Gfx are really good, music is good and authentic, but background music contains only ONE track and lacks ambient sounds."
Aurora Feint II: Tower Puzzles (IPHONE)
"Nice puzzles, but other than puzzles it have nothing. Oh, and difficulty levels are not balanced in some cases."
Myst (IPHONE)
"It's Myst. It's updated. Almost 800 MBs of nostalgia. Sometimes the details are too small (to read the notes or to click a switch), but other than that - it's pretty much full-fledged old-school puzzle-solving quest that we all know and love."
Sonic the Hedgehog (IPHONE)
"It's Sonic. Classic version without any updates (except that it fits the phone's screen). Controls are a little bit slippery, but it's rather smooth. Worth to check it out if you're feeling retro."
Chronicles of Inotia: Legend of Feanor (IPHONE)
"Music is good, gfx is under-toned, but nice. Instead of classic D-pad we have touch-to-point-based controls. Fairly good game, but lacks a good story to entertain more than a few hours. Oh, and I hate the translation which cannot be selected :-("
Fallout 3: The Pitt (PC)
"2nd DLC brings a few new locations (actually, a small factory town) with only 3 quests in it. BUT they're QUITE a quests I must say. Lots of good perks and achievements to collect. Plus the dilemma that you face at the end is really worth to play it."
Tomb Raider: Underworld (PC)
"Beautiful game. A little too straight-forward, but the puzzles are really nice. Action moments are not so frequent and add a nice drive to the game. Besides some issues with the camera and jumping controls, the game runs pretty fluent. Worth to beat."
The Path (PC)
"This is not a game per se, but rather a interactive AI simulator, sandboxed in a darker earlier version of the Little Red Riding Hood universe. It's fun just to explore the world, unveiling it's secrets, spiced by nice gfx and sound. 7 girls, 1 wolf."
The Last Remnant (PC)
"Beautiful graphics, nice sound (apart from soundtrack). Unusual battle system. Vast possibilities for item creation and customization, nice in-game model designs. Lots of skills to learn, places to visit and quests to complete. Solid jRPG, now on PC."
Mirror's Edge (PC)
"Very stylish, very dynamic, very immersive. It's like Portal, but without hi-tech tricks with portal gun."
My Brute (WEB)
"Fun, simple, good-looking. But too random."
Characters:
13xforever, — http://13xforever.mybrute.com First character that I've created. Pretty weak :-(
Bejeweled 2 (IPHONE)
"I really can't get it why so many people so addicted to this game. Let's be fair, it have nice gfx, shiny visual and audio effects, but PuzzleQuest have it all too PLUS much more than that."
i Love Katamari (IPHONE)
"I am not into the Katamari thing, but having played it on PS2, PSP and iPhone, I have to admit that this is most weak version of this game. Bleak gfx with low-polygon count, low-res textures and other simplifications, it's just don't fit to be great."
Rolando (IPHONE)
"It's supposed to be LocoRoco for an iPhone, but for me it really boring and didn't cut the edge. Yes, it have rather nice gfx (still, far from LocoRoco), challenging puzzles and per-level goals (time, crystals, rolandos), but it's just not as fun."
Dungeon & Hero (IPHONE)
"Nice game. There's some story, quite a bunch of really different enemies and locations. Weapons, armor, skills - all in all a fair game. The real problem here is controls. It's a D-pad, and it's slippery and unresponsive. Overally - very sluggish."
The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena (PC)
"A little graphically surged Escape from Butcher's Bay is still very good game. But Assault on Dark Athena? Pretty meh."
S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky (PC)
"It's the same thing as with the original S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - nice, but very demanding graphics, nice gameplay, some actual story. And all this is spoiled by sloppy code that cause tons of bugs and glitches which makes the game unplayable in many cases."
